HISTORY!!! 29TH MAY (NIG) CLASHES WITH #MAY30 (BIAFRA DAY)

Few days from today 30Th May will mark a historic event as Nigeria's Democracy Day (May 27) and Biafra's Heroes' day (May 30) are to be held on Same day = May30 The Biafrans day.

This May30 is the Second major remembrance anniversary by Biafrans courtesy of Nnamdi KANU, and is also the second to be held by Nigeria under Rt. Maj. Gen. Muhammad Buhari.

The 30th May 1967 was the day Col Ojukwu declared the Independence of Biafra, as a response to the killings of Biafrans all over Nigeria, and a major genocidal war against Biafra ensued.

KANU and Biafrans celebrating May30 in Aba 2015
This time again, Buhari has ordered massive military invasion of Biafra: northern Biafra and Southern Biafra (Niger-delta) and has ordered it to be concentrated around that day.

SIGNS
For the may 29 to adjust to May30 day for both to be held same day is significant, as that could signify accommodating a Two- State Resolution above. - May27 is on a Sunday, hence the celebration will rather be on Monday May 30 a plus sign for Biafrans.

It also appeared in a period when the Leader of Biafra declared first "... Biafrans we are almost there (Biafra) and also recently declared "..I have restored Biafra without a single shot".

It also is significant as it appeared at a season when the British Parliament passed a resolution for a "Two-State Solution" Nigeria and Biafra.

It is also after Nigerians with Nigerian flags, and Biafrans with Biafran flags protested Together in London against Nig tyranny...

Also, a season when about 5 Military Activist groups: The Avengers, Egbesu Water Lions etc are destroying everything in Nig and are to destroy more except KANU is released and Biafra free.

Also, the Nig economy is at its lowest since independence and every one in Nigeria is waiting to throw the burden Nigeria out of their neck.

So while Buhari and his fellow"Nigerians" will be in Eagle Square holding their holiday, Biafrans will be at Nkpor, Biafra holding theirs. Any attempt to disrupt The Biafrans can destroy that of Nigeria...

We wait and watch the outcome will be, as there are always more options than we can conceive, but as for May30/2016, the day might end up with twins.

NO OPPORTUNITY FOR NIGERIA INFLUENCE ICC AGAINST BIAFRA

The Dutch International Human Rights Lawyer representing Biafrans at the International Criminal Court in the Hague- Professor Goran Sluitter has warned of the tragic consequences should Nigerian government attempt influencing the proceedings and outcome of the recent investigations launched by International Criminal Court in Nigeria.

Two days ago, a delegation from the office of Madame Fatou Bensouda, the Chief Prosecutor at ICC arrived in Abuja in connection with eight cases of Human Rights abuses that have been filed against Nigeria which included the one filed by Professor Goran Sluitter earlier in January regarding the serious abuse and violation of Human Rights of Biafrans which has resulted in several deaths since the inception of Buhari as President of Nigeria.

In a telephone interview he granted to Family Writers, Prof. Goran also warned of the negative effects it will have on the integrity of ICC should they allow themselves to be manipulated.

"It would be very stupid of Nigerian government to attempt influencing the outcome of the investigation to their favour."

"It will also be an affront to the integrity of ICC if the Prosecutor gives room to be manipulated, but I don't think such a thing will be possible."- the renowned Human Rights lawyer stated while answering questions fielded to him concerning the integrity of the ICC with regards to possible influence from its member nation- Nigeria.

Professor Goran also noted that although the complaints and evidences he filed for Biafrans at ICC did not exceed the period as of January 2016, more recorded Rights abuses have been executed against Biafrans from that period till date. "Several other Human Rights abuses have been perpetrated against the Biafrans from January till date."

"The initial filed complaints seem to have no influence on the Nigerian government as they have continued excessive use of force and abuse against Biafrans till date. We shall be filing a new complaint at ICC relating to the events recorded from February." he stated.

On the issue of self defence recently activated by Biafrans, he stated that although he is not a political scientist, he will still advice Biafrans from a legal point of view to remain peaceful in the application of their right to self defence- "It is necessary that Biafrans remain peaceful as violence would provide reasons for Nigerian government to use excessive force against them and also influence negatively the investigations being conducted by the ICC."

On the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, Prof. Goran Slutter expressed dismay at the judicial process of Nigeria and noted the importance of taking the case to Higher International Courts such as the one filed at the ECOWAS court.

"I'm closely monitoring the trial of Kanu as well providing some legal assistance. As it seems now, all national legal procedures have been exhausted in the case. It is therefore imperative to take the case to higher international courts for the sake of justice."-he stated.

Finally he hinted at the importance of evidences which would help get justice for Biafrans at the ICC through their investigations.

He noted that although Biafrans have provided reliable evidences for the abuse and violent suppression being melted out on them by Nigerian government, there is also need for more video and pictorial recording of any future occurrence.

AMNESTY CHARGE AGAINST NIGERIA STATE

Amnesty International (AI) has released a summary of the 524 pages report (formed by 6200 folders), on torture and killings by the Nigerian DSS against Biafrans, at least 119 tortured and killed per day, after receiving overwhelming evidence about continuing torture, massacres and violence against the indigenous people of Biafra.
The report, which is based on information collected in five years, through the study of more than 6 million of western intelligence and internal documents provided by the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), talks about Biafran prisoners forced to endure torture and acts of violence which went beyond the illegal practice of "waterboarding", a simulation of drowning by pouring iced water on a towel placed on the face of Biafrans kidnapped and made prisoner.
Shocking was the comment of the Nigerian illiterate President Muhammadu Buhari: "The harsh methods used by the DSS are absolutely Pro and compatible with the values of our country." With this comment Buhari has confirmed that the only language of which Nigeria and DSS can speak is violence instead of keeping peace in the country and protecting its citizens.
The spread papers held by Amnesty International, speaks of "deception, dishonesty and brutality" by the DSS and British and Iranian contractors that, in secret prisons, forced innocent young Biafrans members of IPOB not to sleep for weeks and suffer continuous and sudden changes from cold to warm temperatures. In many cases, the Biafran prisoners died while they were in the hands of Nigerian DSS.
Buhari and DSS wasn't the only one accused, also accused were the medical staff of the Nigerian government which approved the use of medical techniques not deemed necessary on all the innocent Biafran prisoners, such as "rectal nutrition and hydration."
The doctors who worked for Nigerian DSS, says Amnesty International , have also spoken of "waterboarding" in which Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of IPOB and a Prisoner of Conscience, was subjected to at least 83 times, as a "series of close drownings".
During one of these "sessions" of torture, a young Biafran "stopped breathing and bubbles began to come out from his mouth while open and full of liquid.”
In some cases, the methods used by the DSS, majority Hausa/Fulani origin, were so brutal that some members of DSS of Biafran origin would attempt to refuse to continue the torturing, but subsequently succumbed after receiving death threats and orders by Buhari.
According to the report, the administration led by the Islamic President Buhari, would hide to amnesty International and the UN the torturing methods used in Nigeria, but the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), are in possession of clear evidence that blames Buhari and DSS.
AI said "many of the more extreme torturing methods, including waterboarding, were authorized by the Nigerian Legal Department of Justice during Buhari administration."
In the statement of AI, that describe the publication of the report as a testimony that will remain as a "stain on the history of Nigeria", it said that the analysis of the documents held by the Committee through IPOB has highlighted a fundamental aspect to judge the torture methods used by the Nigerian DSS against members of IPOB:
DSS in conjunction with the army has provided the Europeans and Americans and the Nigerian public (via Punch, Sahara Report, Authority, Vanguard, Guardian, Sunnews, Nation, Telegraph, Leadership, Daily Trust, Nigerian Tribune, The Tide, Daily Independent and NTA) widely inaccurate information denying ever killing IPOB members while the brutalities seen against Biafrans are easily defined as a plan of genocide against the people of Biafra which must stop immediately.

Trump refuses to back any Republican nominee but himself

Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump on Tuesday refused to back any nominee but himself, another flip-flop in his position since the start of the race.

In an interview on CNN, the party frontrunner was asked if he would support the Republican candidate for the White House, no matter who it ends up being.

“No, I don’t anymore,” Trump said. “No, we’ll see who it is.”

Trump added: “I have been treated very unfairly. By basically the RNC (Republican National Committee), the Republican party, the establishment.

“I’ll see who it is. I’m not looking to hurt anybody. I love the Republican party.”

Trump said he would win the nomination in any case, and that he did not need an endorsement from his main rival, Texas Senator Ted Cruz.

Cruz has recently been ambiguous over whether he would endorse Trump if he himself does not win the party nomination.

Relations between the two hit a new low after a week of backbiting, including a Twitter exchange of photos of Trump’s wife Melania, a retired model, and a seemingly unflattering photo of Cruz’s wife, Heidi.

The campaign for the primaries got off with a bang in August when Trump declined to say he would support whomever the party nominated and refused to rule out running as a third party candidate.

In September, however, Trump agreed to a sort of oath with the Republican Party. But in February he declare himself freed of it, saying the party had treated him poorly.

In a debate on March 3, he changed his mind again and promised to honor the oath with the party
